Due to its large size, this item will ship via truck shipment (LTL) rather than standard FedEx/UPS. Truck shipment delivers your order to your door or loading dock. An adult must be present to sign for and accept delivery of this item. If the shipping destination does not have a loading dock, a truck with a lift-gate will lower your merchandise from the truck to the ground. Delivery drivers cannot move items into your facility or building. It is the recipient's responsibility to move the item into the building. Uncrating and disposing of packing materials is not included.
